Visual communication has become an essential part of today’s classroom, helping educators create engaging lessons and giving students new ways to demonstrate their learning. Canva provides an intuitive platform for designing presentations, classroom resources, infographics, worksheets, videos, and collaborative projects that make learning more interactive and accessible.
In this course, participants will explore Canva’s features through hands-on activities designed specifically for PreK–12 educators. Educators will learn how to create professional-quality instructional materials, utilize templates and design tools, facilitate student collaboration, and incorporate Canva into assessment and classroom projects. By the end of the course, participants will have the skills and confidence to use Canva as a creative tool that enhances teaching, learning, and student engagement.
